一、標(biāo)簽點數(shù)機主要用途:

1、將自動計數(shù)卷回繞并對標(biāo)簽的數(shù)量自動計數(shù)。

2、滿足GMP標(biāo)準對出入庫標(biāo)簽數(shù)量的統(tǒng)計。

3、將標(biāo)簽反向，清點，分卷，糾偏等。

4、可增加機器視覺或條碼閱讀器可檢測標(biāo)簽質(zhì)量，自動判斷是否混入其他品種的標(biāo)簽。

5、增加噴碼機可在標(biāo)簽上噴印日期、流水號等標(biāo)識信息。  

二、工作原理：

通電機帶動標(biāo)簽轉(zhuǎn)動，用檢測光電來識別標(biāo)簽，并發(fā)出感應(yīng)信號傳輸給PLC，并且通過顯示屏來顯示當(dāng)前標(biāo)簽的數(shù)量。

三、適用范圍 ：

1、適用材料：不干膠標(biāo)簽、膠袋、電子監(jiān)管碼、條形碼等。
