New-generation Small Round Bottle Labeling Machine
Application scope: Labeling of penicillin bottles, plastic ampoule bottles, small round bottles, etc.
System functions:
* Adopted with a high-performance Japanese-made servo motor system to yield high-speed sharp positioning labeling, and able to operate long term continuously to greatly increase the capacity and quality.
* The high-performance micro-computer control system is built-in with a touch-screen man-machine interface to simplify operation, and an automatic abnormal detection function with real-time display to allow the operator to rule out the abnormalities.
* Display of production capacity to allow the operator to master the production progress at any time.
* The stepless variable speed function is able to coordinate with production speed to help utilize the most effective production efficiency.
* Can be added with an inkjet printer, bar code detection system and other functions at any time depending on requirements.
* Can be coordinated with an exclusive packaging table to streamline labeling and packaging operations.
* Can be coordinated with SMP-400 High-seed Printer to yield sharp and accurate printing even at high-speed printing.
