應(yīng)用簡(jiǎn)介:mPEG-DBCO是一種DBCO(二苯基環(huán)辛炔)的衍生物,可以疊組不需要任何金屬催化劑的反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)促進(jìn)1,3-偶極環(huán)加成反應(yīng),環(huán)辛炔和疊氮化合物,也被稱為銅自由點(diǎn)擊反應(yīng),是一種生物正交反應(yīng)使溶液中的兩個(gè)分子的共軛。PEG DBCO衍生物具有優(yōu)良的水溶性,具有緩沖溶液中快速的動(dòng)力學(xué)和穩(wěn)定性。他們修改的蛋白質(zhì),是的一個(gè)肽修飾試劑,抗體,通過(guò)無(wú)銅點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)反應(yīng)的生物聚合物和顆粒。
