ZP33高速壓片機(jī)詳細(xì)介紹:
一、用途說明:
1、本機(jī)是一種自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器,它是制藥、化工、食品等工業(yè)部門,處理各種顆粒狀原料壓制成片的基本設(shè)備。
2、它適用于大量生產(chǎn)壓制圓形的各種藥片、糖片、鈣片等。
3、它不適用于半固體、潮濕的粉子和無顆粒狀極細(xì)的粉末壓制。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特征:
1、本機(jī)的上半部為壓片結(jié)構(gòu),它的組成主要為上沖、中模、下沖,三表個(gè)部分連成一體,周圍33付沖模均勻排列在轉(zhuǎn)盤的邊緣上。上下沖桿的尾部嵌在固定的曲線軌導(dǎo)上,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)盤作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的,上下沖即隨著曲線軌導(dǎo)作升降運(yùn)動(dòng)而達(dá)到壓片目的。
2、主要工作過程分為:(1)充填;(2)加壓;(3)出片;三道程序連續(xù)進(jìn)行,充填和加壓有調(diào)節(jié)控制機(jī)構(gòu),附有表牌說明,操作簡易。
3、結(jié)構(gòu)的分布為雙壓式,左右裝有對(duì)稱壓輪兩套,故每轉(zhuǎn)一周,可連續(xù)出片。

三、構(gòu)造說明:
1、上壓輪安全裝置:上蓋為整體鑄件、左右槽內(nèi)裝壓輪,它套在曲軸的偏心力矩作用而使彈簧壓縮,增大上下壓輪間距離,減低壓力,借以保護(hù)機(jī)件和沖模的安全使用,壓力的調(diào)節(jié),用扳手旋轉(zhuǎn)長螺桿改變彈簧的長度,使彈簧的壓力恰至足夠需要。
2、上軌導(dǎo)裝置:軌導(dǎo)盤為一圓盤形,周圍制有經(jīng)過熱處理的軌導(dǎo)片,用螺釘緊固,上沖尾部的凹槽沿著軌導(dǎo)的凸邊運(yùn)動(dòng)。而作有規(guī)則的升降運(yùn)動(dòng)。
3、33孔轉(zhuǎn)盤裝置:轉(zhuǎn)盤為一整體鑄件,周圍有33個(gè)垂直均勻排列的??祝變?nèi)裝置33付沖模,整體套在固定的立軸上,工作時(shí)由蝸桿傳動(dòng),整體的轉(zhuǎn)盤它抱著全部沖模作順時(shí)方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

6、主動(dòng)及下軌導(dǎo)置:主體為一方箱形。左右槽內(nèi)裝下壓輪,其平面的圓邊裝有對(duì)稱兩付經(jīng)過熱處理的軌導(dǎo),用螺釘緊固著,當(dāng)下沖在運(yùn)行時(shí),它的尾部嵌在軌導(dǎo)槽內(nèi),隨著槽的坡度則作升降運(yùn)動(dòng)。前軌的末端有一個(gè)圓孔,用圓片蓋著,為裝置下沖之用。

8、充填調(diào)節(jié)裝置:充填調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)裝置在主體的內(nèi)部,在主體的平面上可觀察到月形的充填軌,它由螺旋的作用而上升或下降來控制充填量,前軌為控制左壓輪的壓片量,后軌為控制右壓輪的壓片量,圓盤上的表牌刻度從0-45(等于充填量每格0.1mm,轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)圓盤進(jìn)行時(shí),向右轉(zhuǎn)充量增加,向左轉(zhuǎn)減少。
9、傳動(dòng)軸附離合器裝置:傳動(dòng)軸水平裝置在軸在托架內(nèi),中間有蝸桿,前端有試車手輪,后端為錐形圓盤離合器,當(dāng)開關(guān)手柄位置?時(shí)開車,體傾向左面時(shí)停車,離合器的接觸靠螺旋彈簧的壓力傳遞,若機(jī)的負(fù)荷超過彈簧的壓力時(shí),就發(fā)生打滑,這樣勿使機(jī)器遭受嚴(yán)重的損壞。
10、C形無級(jí)變速裝置:它裝置在電動(dòng)機(jī)軸上。其內(nèi)部有兩片斜面的活片,靠12個(gè)螺旋彈簧兩面頂住,產(chǎn)生正壓力,變速方法為移動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī),使兩輪之間距離改變,而三角帶在活片槽內(nèi)相應(yīng)地增大或減少半徑,由于半徑的改變而速度改變,從而達(dá)到在一定范圍的無級(jí)變速要求。
11、機(jī)座及電動(dòng)機(jī)位置:機(jī)座為一立體方箱形,電動(dòng)機(jī)裝在座內(nèi)的活動(dòng)板上,調(diào)整速度時(shí),旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)座外露出的半只圓盤形手輪,向左旋快,向右旋慢,電磁開關(guān)的電壓為380伏,接線時(shí)應(yīng)附有效地線,以保證電氣的安全使用,機(jī)座的前門上裝有電流表、按鈕開關(guān)和紅綠指燈,當(dāng)電源接通時(shí)紅燈亮,表示線路上有電,當(dāng)開動(dòng)是電動(dòng)機(jī)后,紅燈滅綠燈亮,表示電動(dòng)機(jī)已正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),電流表為測(cè)定電動(dòng)機(jī)的負(fù)荷用。
12、吸粉器裝置:吸粉箱為一鋁制長方體,裝在機(jī)座的右側(cè)面,其中有鼓風(fēng)機(jī),用三角皮帶傳動(dòng),下為儲(chǔ)粉室,上左面為濾粉室,內(nèi)有扁圓形濾粉盤5只重疊著,其通孔為交叉排列,當(dāng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生吸力,使沖模上產(chǎn)生的飛粉和中模下墮的粉末通過吸粉管墮入儲(chǔ)粉室中,氣體即轉(zhuǎn)彎上升入濾粉盤而排,氣中所含的粉粒因通拆流而留在濾粉盤,因此使用一定時(shí)間后,可能濾粉盤窒塞,鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的出口有粉末飛出,失去效用,這時(shí)須停車,將濾粉盤和儲(chǔ)粉盤內(nèi)的粉粒,開門排出,注意門和粉管等裝置,其結(jié)合處不可漏氣,否則會(huì)影響吸粉的效能,如粉末比重很輕,不易凈制時(shí),可采用濕凈方法,在濾粉盤內(nèi)放一半清水以凈制之。

四、沖模裝法:
1、 沖模裝置前,首先要拆下前面的防塵板、料斗、加粉器、半圓罩等零件,并將轉(zhuǎn)盤的工作面、模孔和安裝的沖模逐件擦干凈,做好準(zhǔn)備工作,依照以下步驟進(jìn)行安裝。
(1)、中模裝置:將轉(zhuǎn)盤上的中模固緊螺釘逐件旋出與轉(zhuǎn)盤外圓平,勿使中模裝入與螺釘?shù)念^部碰著,中模裝置甚緊,放置時(shí)要平,可用銅棒由上沖孔穿入,用手錘輕輕打入,中模進(jìn)入模孔后,其平面不可高出轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)平面為合格,然后將螺釘固緊之。
(2)、上沖裝置:應(yīng)將上軌導(dǎo)盤的缺口處嵌舌扳上,沖桿的尾部涂些植物油,逐件插入孔內(nèi),用大拇指和食指旋轉(zhuǎn)沖桿,檢驗(yàn)頭部進(jìn)入中模上下及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,須無硬擦現(xiàn)象為合格,肺部裝妥后將嵌舌扳下。
(3)、下沖裝置: 拉開主體上的小門,由主體圓孔裝上,裝法與上沖同,裝妥后必須將圓片蓋平。
(4)、沖模全套裝畢后,將拆下的零件按原位置裝好,用手繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)試車手輪,使轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)1-2轉(zhuǎn),觀察上下沖進(jìn)入中??自谇€軌導(dǎo)上行動(dòng),必須靈活無碰和硬擦現(xiàn)象,開動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī),使空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2-3分鐘,平穩(wěn)正常即可投入生產(chǎn)。
五、使用說明:
1
、使用前須重復(fù)檢查沖模質(zhì)量,是否有缺邊、裂縫、變形和緊松不合要求及裝置是否完整良好等再工作。
2、檢查顆粒原料的粉子是否干燥及顆粒中的粉末含有量不超過10%,如不合格的不要硬用,否則會(huì)影響機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及使用壽命和原料的損耗。
3、初次試車應(yīng)將壓調(diào)節(jié)控制的指示針放置在“0”位上,將粉子倒入斗,用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)試車手輪,同時(shí)調(diào)整充填和壓力,逐步增加到片劑的重量和硬軟程度達(dá)到成品要求,然后先開電動(dòng)機(jī),再開離合器,進(jìn)行正式運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)生產(chǎn),在生產(chǎn)過程中,須定時(shí)抽驗(yàn)片劑的質(zhì)量,是否符合要求,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
4、速度的選擇對(duì)機(jī)器使用的壽命有直接的影響,由于原料的性質(zhì)粘度及片徑大小和壓力在使用上不能作統(tǒng)一規(guī)定,本機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)用皮帶輪變換方法分為快速和慢速兩種,慢速用長三角帶動(dòng)外繩輪,適用于壓制礦物,植物草素等和快速難以成型的物料,快速用短三角帶動(dòng)內(nèi)繩輪,適用于壓制粘合、潤滑性好的和易于成型的物料,因此使用者必須根據(jù)實(shí)際情況而定。
5、管理人必須熟悉本機(jī)的技術(shù)性能、內(nèi)部構(gòu)造、控制機(jī)構(gòu)的使用原理及在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)期間不得離開工作地點(diǎn),為防止發(fā)生故障而損壞機(jī)器,保證安全生產(chǎn)為前提。
6、在使用中要隨時(shí)注意機(jī)器響聲是否正常,遇有尖聲叫即行停車進(jìn)行檢查消除,不得
勉強(qiáng)使用。

六、機(jī)件潤滑:
1、本機(jī)的一般機(jī)件潤滑,在機(jī)件的外表均裝有油杯和油咀,可按油杯的類型,分別注以黃油和機(jī)油,開車使用前應(yīng)全部加油一次,中途可按各軸承溫升和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況添加。
2、上蓋中間的玻璃油杯是潤滑轉(zhuǎn)盤的軸承,在運(yùn)中以每分鐘3-5滴。
3、傳動(dòng)軸的兩端內(nèi)裝有滾動(dòng)軸承,軸殼外裝有油咀,可以每星期加油一次,用油槍壓入。
4、沖桿的尾部與曲線軌導(dǎo)用黃油潤滑,注意不宜過多,防止油污滲入粉子而影響片劑的質(zhì)量。
5、在加油時(shí)應(yīng)注意不要使油滲出杯外,更不要流到機(jī)器的周圍和地上,因?yàn)橛皖惡苋菀资刮锪衔廴居绊懫瑒┵|(zhì)量。
七、保養(yǎng)說明:
1
、定期檢查機(jī)件,每月進(jìn)行1-2次,檢查項(xiàng)目為蝸輪、蝸桿、軸承、壓、曲軸、上下軌導(dǎo)等各活動(dòng)部分是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活和磨損情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)使用。
2、一次使用完畢或停工時(shí),應(yīng)取出剩余粉劑,刷清機(jī)器各部分的殘留粉子,如停用時(shí)間較長,必須將沖模全部拆下,并將機(jī)器全部揩擦清潔,機(jī)件的光面涂上防銹油,用布蓬罩好。
3、沖模的保養(yǎng)應(yīng)放置在有蓋的鐵皮箱內(nèi),使沖模全沖全部浸入油中,并要保持清潔,勿
使生銹和碰傷,能定制鐵箱以每一種規(guī)格裝一箱,可避免使用時(shí)造成裝錯(cuò)及有助于掌握損缺情況。
4、使用場所應(yīng)經(jīng)常打掃清潔尤其對(duì)醫(yī)藥和食用的片劑制造更不宜有灰砂、飛塵存在。

八、安裝說明:
1、本機(jī)為整臺(tái)裝箱,拆箱后搬至適當(dāng)使用處,墊平后即可使用,如地位固定可加裝地腳釘。
2、電氣線路的裝置,應(yīng)注意電壓,用戶未提出者,一律規(guī)定為380伏,并在接線時(shí)應(yīng)注意電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向,必須與機(jī)上的箭頭轉(zhuǎn)向*,切勿倒轉(zhuǎn),為保證電氣安全必須裝接有效地線。
3本機(jī)應(yīng)裝置在干燥清潔,光線充足的室內(nèi)使用。
九、注意事項(xiàng):
1
、機(jī)器設(shè)備上的防護(hù)罩、安全蓋等的裝置不要拆除,使用時(shí)應(yīng)裝妥。
2、沖模需經(jīng)嚴(yán)格探傷試驗(yàn)和外形檢查,要無裂、變形、缺邊,硬度適宜和尺寸的準(zhǔn)確,如不合格的切勿使用,以免機(jī)器遭受嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。
3、加料品裝置與轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)面平,高低準(zhǔn)確,如高則產(chǎn)生漏粉,低則有銅屑磨落影響片劑質(zhì)量。
4、細(xì)粉多的原料不要使用,因它會(huì)使上沖飛粉多,下沖漏料多,影響機(jī)件容易磨損和原料損耗。
5、不干燥的原料不要使用,因它會(huì)使粉子粘在沖頭面上
6、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中如有跳片或停滯不下,切不可用手去取,以免造成傷手事故。
7、開車應(yīng)先開動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī),待運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后,再開動(dòng)離合器。
8、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)器震動(dòng)異?;虬l(fā)生不正常怪聲,應(yīng)立即停車檢查。
9、使用中壓不要過大,一般以電動(dòng)機(jī)的負(fù)荷來測(cè)定,用380伏電動(dòng)機(jī)在壓片時(shí)的重載電流以不超過4安培為正常。
10、片重差異增加,在加片過程中,重量差異不能超過出藥典所規(guī)定的限度,方為合格,但在壓片過程中,常發(fā)現(xiàn)片重差異增加,原因及處理簡介如下:
(1)、沖頭長短不齊,易造成片重差異增加,故使用前用卡尺將每個(gè)沖頭檢查合格后再用,如出現(xiàn)個(gè)別減少,可能下沖運(yùn)動(dòng)失靈,致使顆粒的充填量較其它為少,應(yīng)檢查出個(gè)別下沖,清除障礙。
(2)、加料斗高低裝置不對(duì),則可造成一只加料斗中顆粒落下的速度快,而加料器上堆積的顆粒多,另一只加料斗中顆粒下的速度較慢,而加料器上堆積的顆粒少,造成顆粒加入??讜r(shí)不平衡而產(chǎn)生,可調(diào)整加料斗的位置,使兩加料斗中顆粒應(yīng)保持一定數(shù)量和落下速度相等,二只加料器上堆積的顆粒相似,并使顆粒能均勻地加入模孔內(nèi)。
(3)、顆粒引起片重變化,顆粒過濕,細(xì)粉過多,顆粒粗細(xì)相差過大,以及顆粒中潤滑劑不足,亦均能引起片重差導(dǎo)的變化,應(yīng)提高顆粒質(zhì)量。
(4)產(chǎn)生片重變化的原因,總的情況系由于壓片機(jī)故障或工作上疏忽所造成,故在壓片過程中,應(yīng)該作好機(jī)件保養(yǎng)工作,詳細(xì)檢查機(jī)件有無損害,并每隔一定時(shí)間(10-20分鐘)稱片重一次,片重是否合于規(guī)定。
