詳細(xì)介紹：*以來(lái)，膠囊充填套裝，多采用手工膠囊板，須先逐個(gè)將裝粉膠囊殼插入孔內(nèi)，裝滿藥粉后再逐個(gè)戴好帽蓋，這種方法勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，效率低，但由于手工膠囊板價(jià)格低廉，對(duì)于小批量生產(chǎn)的診所、藥店、制劑室、家庭還是適合的。

　　對(duì)于中、大批量生產(chǎn)的單位，有的采用全自動(dòng)膠囊充填套裝，雖然充填套裝速度快，但有兩個(gè)缺點(diǎn)是難以克服的：一是全自動(dòng)機(jī)器對(duì)膠囊殼尺寸要求極為嚴(yán)格，不能適用于普通模制膠囊殼。普通模制膠囊殼外徑、長(zhǎng)短尺寸差異較大，用于全自動(dòng)機(jī)器時(shí)，容易出現(xiàn)空孔、漏粉、變形，甚至卡機(jī)；如預(yù)先篩選膠囊殼，則膠囊殼利用率大大降低，以至一些單位雖花費(fèi)昂貴代價(jià)購(gòu)買了全自動(dòng)機(jī)器，到后來(lái)不得已還得保留原來(lái)的生產(chǎn)方式。二是價(jià)格昂貴。全自動(dòng)機(jī)器每臺(tái)起碼在10萬(wàn)元以上，甚至高達(dá)20多萬(wàn)元，且維修費(fèi)用大，配件要求嚴(yán)格。因此許多中小型單位只能望機(jī)興嘆，不敢問(wèn)津。

　　我廠成功解決了這個(gè)難題。JCT型膠囊充填機(jī)，吸收了全自動(dòng)機(jī)器優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并盡量減少一些復(fù)雜機(jī)構(gòu)，對(duì)于成本較大而效果不明顯的地方，改為手動(dòng)。本機(jī)價(jià)格僅為全自動(dòng)的10-20分之一，更重要的是，充填速度較快，尺寸差異較大的普通模制膠囊殼也能全部使用。

　　本機(jī)將裝粉膠囊殼整理、膠囊帽蓋整理、膠囊套裝合為一體，緊湊方便。本機(jī)既適合于中小型藥廠，保健品廠、醫(yī)院、診所的小中批量生產(chǎn)，如2-3臺(tái)同時(shí)使用，又能適合大批量生產(chǎn)。本機(jī)為全國(guó)*，已申請(qǐng)，在外省無(wú)代理，請(qǐng)用戶注意.

操作步驟：

1、按下“電源開(kāi)關(guān)”中的綠色按鈕，電源接通。

2、緩慢調(diào)節(jié)“振動(dòng)強(qiáng)弱調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕”，順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)，此時(shí)與“振動(dòng)支架”聯(lián)為一體的整理盤開(kāi)始振動(dòng)，用手能摸整理盤，憑感覺(jué)調(diào)整到一定振蕩強(qiáng)度。

5、水平手持裝粉膠囊殼接板（圖中末畫(huà)出，已隨機(jī)準(zhǔn)備好，接板中有圓孔），在整理盤下部住里輕輕一推，整理盤中的裝粉膠囊殼就會(huì)往下掉入接板圓孔中，取出接板，同樣的方法，用膠囊帽蓋接板取出膠囊帽蓋。

6、可預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)底面積為500*500mm2，四邊高約10mm的藥粉方盤，內(nèi)裝藥粉，將裝粉膠囊殼接板平放在藥粉方盤中。將隨機(jī)配的有機(jī)玻璃框罩在裝粉膠囊接板上，

用小撮斗鏟藥粉放入框內(nèi)，用框邊一刮，即可裝滿藥粉，并把多余藥粉刮掉。

7、用隨機(jī)配的膠囊帽蓋套裝板（圖中末畫(huà)出，套裝板上有圓孔），放在膠囊帽蓋接板 上，有對(duì)位孔，很容易放置。翻轉(zhuǎn)膠囊帽蓋接板，使膠囊開(kāi)口朝下，套在已裝好藥粉的裝粉膠囊殼接板上，也有對(duì)位孔，很容易套合。

8、 將已套合的膠囊板放入“膠囊戴帽成型板”下面的空腔中，用手向下扳動(dòng)“壓桿”并到位，無(wú)須當(dāng)心用力過(guò)大，因?yàn)橛卸ㄎ粰C(jī)構(gòu)控制下壓高度。取出套合膠囊板，倒出膠囊即可。
